In the past only qualified investors, venture capitalists, and private equity firms have had the opportunity to invest via special securities in private to public transactions. This has changed as of June 2015 through the passing of the JOBS Act in April 2012 and the SEC’s recent release of the regulations governing the new rules.
CHAOS must first qualify the offering with Federal regulators, before investment into this Regulation A Plus deal can occur. Prior to doing so, CHAOS plans on a “Testing the Waters” campaign to gauge market demand from potential investors for an Offering under Tier II of Regulation A. After an amazing film festival run The Networker is scheduled to be release worldwide through Sony Sept 12, 2017.
In 2015, Mr. Stanulis took his next acting role in a film called “Sam” the directorial debut of “Nick Brooks” Mel Brooks son which also had a incredible festival and successful worldwide release. In 2016, the real world wind started with four incredible projects. Mr. Stanulis wrote produced and starred in a film called “Say Something’ with Marc John Jefferies “Power” again this short got so much attention while shooting due to the content. Fifteen million views in NY Daily News. The Trump Campaign requested the project to be part of his presidential campaign. This project was also picked up by Amazon Prime. Stanulis than decided to shoot and direct a documentary on freestyle music based on the history on the genre of music. “Legends of Freestyle” stars Lisa Lisa and C&C music factory to name a few. Mr. Stanulis directorial debut was a smashing success and this film is also scheduled to be released Oct 2017. Also in 2016, Mr. Stanulis wanted to create a TV series which later would be called “The Fifth Borough” which is The Sopranos meets The Departed” Stanulis stars with Vincent Pastore, Cathy Moriarty, Richard Grieco, Vincent Young and Joey Donofrio it is in development in Netflix. In 2017, Mr. Stanulis founded Chaos Production Inc. and Mr. Stanulis will be directing a controversial Documentary which is not yet been announced as well as “Clinton Road” starring Ice-T, Vincent Pastore, Bo Dietl, Ace Young and Fredro Starr the film was just recently announced in Variety and is causing a huge stir around the country due to the content. Mr. Stanulis is also connected to an amazing slate of 10 more projects in all different genre’s. Each one has major A-list talent attached.
